1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the lucjy8 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by lucjy8 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

These Terms operate alongside the lucjy8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and lucjy8. Should there be any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise specifically stated.

Lucjy8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Platform. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the lucjy8 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the date of registration.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is fully prohibited.
• Not currently subject to any restriction or ban from using the Platform imposed by lucjy8.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or corporate entity.

Each user is only allowed to hold one (1) active account. Owning multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. lucjy8 carries out an identity verification (KYC) process that may require you to submit supporting documents such as a national ID, bank statement, or proof of address. This information is used solely for verification and compliance purposes, and is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, unless you have reported unauthorised access to the lucjy8 support team within a reasonable time.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal

Lucjy8 supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and online bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion fees.

Deposit: Deposits are credited to your account automatically once payment confirmation is received from the payment service provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as stated on the Platform's deposit page at any given time.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the following policy:

• Withdrawals via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay) are processed within 1–5 minutes after approval.
• Withdrawals via bank transfer (FPX) are processed within 1–3 business days.
• The first withdrawal from a new account must pass full KYC verification before it can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal limit is MYR 50 per transaction.
• Lucjy8 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification on withdrawals exceeding certain limits.

The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used. lucjy8 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

Lucjy8 reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal request if there is reasonable cause to believe that fraudulent activity or money laundering is taking place. In such cases, the account in question will be frozen while an investigation is conducted.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

Lucjy8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods set for each promotion.

General terms that apply to all lucjy8 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have not previously registered an account.
• Only one active bonus is allowed at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or directly exchanged for cash.
• Lucjy8 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Each promotion has an expiry date — unused bonuses that are not utilised within the valid period will be automatically forfeited.

Betting with bonus funds may be subject to a maximum bet limit per spin or hand. Breaching this limit may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated wins. Detailed terms for each promotion are clearly stated on the Promotions page.

5 Betting Rules

All games on the lucjy8 Platform are operated using an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness and randomness of every game outcome. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical failure has occurred.

General betting rules that apply to all games on lucjy8:

• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are clearly stated within the game interface.
• Bets placed during an internet connection disruption are entirely the player's responsibility.
• All game outcomes recorded in the lucjy8 system are final.
• Wins will be automatically credited to your account balance once the game ends.
• Lucjy8 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, software failure, or extraordinary circumstances affecting the integrity of a game.

The use of automated software, bots, or any tools to assist with wagering is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure. lucjy8 uses advanced detection systems to identify such activity.

6 User Conduct

All lucjy8 members are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner while using the Platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action up to and including account closure:

• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language towards other users or lucjy8 staff.
• Share your account information with others or allow another person to use your account.
• Making deposits using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including system manipulation or software exploit abuse.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering.
• Registering multiple accounts to obtain duplicate bonuses.
• Share coordinated strategies with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.

Lucjy8 conducts continuous monitoring of account activity. Any suspicious behaviour will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken based on the severity of the violation.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Lucjy8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the lucjy8 support team. Any valid funds remaining in your account will be returned after all necessary checks have been completed.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, lucjy8 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and wins associated with the violating activity. Original deposit funds that can be identified will be returned at lucjy8's discretion.

8 Liability Limits

The lucjy8 Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the Platform available and functioning properly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

Lucjy8 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from Platform disruption or unavailability caused by technical factors beyond our control.
• Data loss resulting from internet connection disruptions on the user's end.
• Game outcomes affected by equipment or software failure on the user's end.
• Financial losses arising from the user's own betting decisions.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.

Lucjy8's total liability to you, under any circumstances and based on any claim, is limited to the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days prior to the claim being raised.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the lucjy8 Platform, including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, graphics, icons, images, and software, is the property of lucjy8 or its legitimate licensors. This content is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the Platform without written permission from lucjy8.
• Using the lucjy8 brand name, logo, or trademarks without authorisation.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting the source code of the Platform's software.

Any infringement of lucjy8's intellectual property rights will be subject to appropriate legal action.

10 Terms Amendment

Lucjy8 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform members of material changes via in-Platform notifications or email to the registered address.

The "Updated" date shown at the top of this document indicates when these terms were last reviewed. You are encouraged to check this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms.

If you disagree with any changes to these Terms, your option is to stop using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before being referred to an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism.
